We then speak personally with 5 or more Realtors ®. (This can take hours. We really want to get it right!)
Step 4: We pick at least 3 agents, check their state licensing authority for any violations and confirm that they are members of their local board of Realtors ®. Within 3 days of getting your complete information we send a report recommending 3 Realtors ®, why we like them and links to more information on each.
Step 5: Contact these Realtors ®, interview them, pick one and notify us by e-mail. You're under no obligation to use any of them and, if you want us to make an additional real estate referral, we will!
Step 6: Work with your new Realtor ® to find your new home and community! (Our compensation comes from your agent who gladly pays us for providing them with a serious, qualified buyer.)
